Un giorno da mia zia in una zona rurale nel nord della California, le davo una mano a piantare dei fiori nel suo giardino,che si trova vicino a un lago. Ho alzato un pezzo di tronco di legno, per immediatamente sentire un casino di Buzz Buzz e poi per accorgermene che c'erano tantissimi api che mi pungevano! Da quella esperienza è nato questo brano "Quemby the Queen Bee", dove io immagino una ape regina che manda i suoi api a pungermi...

Poi, siccome sull autobus all'andata a visitare la mia zia, avevo una bottiglia di limonata "snapple pink lemonade" ma siccome Diego non l'aveva chiuso bene, è andato dappertutto (molto appiccicoso!), quindi ho collegato le due cose e nel ritornello canto:

"I'm so sticky sweet, showered in pink lemonade, you spilled it on me...did you want me to get bit by stinger bees or was it to get close to me?"

Cioè Diego ha versato il drink perchè voleva che le api mi pungessero ... o per avvicinarsi a me?
